Kapture Monitors - No touch control response

- Touch control is invalid during powering up of the device. Wait for the device to be powered on before using it.
- Check whether the touch control is damaged. Do not touch the display screen with any sharp object as the screen is easily scratched and damaged.
- Reset the unit to factory mode and try again
