Kapture KPT-STREAM - My device won't appear on Bluetooth

Here is a few steps that you can take to fix this issue.
- Check to make sure that the KPT-STREAM is firmly plugged in with the Kapture provided cord.
- Make sure that your phone has its Bluetooth turned on, and you have removed its profile from the car settings.
- Check at the bottom of the Bluetooth page or where new devices come up.
