Kapture Monitors - My phone won't connect

If you are having trouble connecting your phone to your monitor to enable CarPlay, please follow the steps below.


  • Please ensure that your phones Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on
  • Please ensure that your car is turned on and your monitor is powered on
  • Please ensure that your phone is updated (IOS13.0/Android11.0 or higher)
  • Check your Bluetooth connections to find the model of your monitor.
