Kapture Monitors - Android Auto Connect cannot connect

  • Only Android phones are supported. 
  • Update Android system and related applications to the latest version. 
  • Disconnect any VPN on the mobile phone if applicable. 
  • Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions on mobile phone are working. 
  • Restart the Android phone and reconnect. 
  • Restore screen's Factory Settings by going to home screen: Setting>Basic Setup> Restore Factory Setting.
