Kapture Monitors - Bluetooth not appearing

  • Check if another phone is connected or attempting to auto-connect to the CarPlay screen. Disconnect Bluetooth/Wi-Fi from other phones, then connect the preferred device again. 
  • Restart the screen by reconnecting the car charger. If still not working, restore screen Factory Setting. Go to home screen interface: Setting>Basic Setup> Restore Factory Setting
