Loop recording is a feature that enables the dash camera to endlessly record footage, and overwrite unprotected old footage with new footage, allowing efficient use of storage. The dash camera creates files in segments with certain durations, which can be adjusted in the settings of your dash camera.

The options for these segments include 1 minute, 3 minutes and 5 minutes. There is also the option to turn loop recording off.
