Kapture Monitors - CarPlay cannot connect

  • The first connection may take longer. Only iPhone supports CarPlay. 
  • Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions on the phone are working. 
  • In iPhone Settings, go to General > CarPlay, delete all records, and reconnect. 
  • Restart the iPhone and try reconnecting.
  • Restore screen's Factory Settings by going to home screen: Setting>Basic Setup> Restore Factory Setting.
